Important Temporary Change on the Platform
Payments within the platform are currently disabled. When you receive an order, you will need to arrange a payment method directly with the buyer. During this time, we will not be charging the usual 20% transaction fee. As we are unable to monitor these transactions, please be cautious of potential scammers. Ubisub is not liable in cases of fraud.
When you receive an order, you can add a note to the order to send a direct message to the buyer to arrange the payment method. To do this, go to the order, select Add Note, and choose Note to Customer.
We strongly advise that you receive payment before shipping any products.
Once an order is completed, please send an email to admin@ubisub.com with the order number and status. By doing so, you’ll receive a sales badge and improve your ranking on our platform.
