Order Process

When you place an order and complete the payment, the seller will receive a notification. The seller then has 5 days to ship the order or respond if the shipment will be delayed. During the ordering process, you have the option to add a note to your order to communicate any specific preferences or requests to the seller.

To ensure a secure transaction, the seller will only receive the payment once we have received a valid Track & Trace code. This way, you can be sure that your package has been shipped. If we do not receive a response from the seller or if the order is canceled, we will refund the outstanding amount. Depending on your bank, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
